    Ownership and identity are verified before a listing is published. If somebody cannot show they control the property, it does not go on the board.

  2. Placement is published, not auctioned

    Nothing here is pay-to-win. Tier decides placement, and tiers are published on the pricing page — there is no auction and no bidding.

  3. The rate is the owner’s, not ours

    The rate on a card is the owner's own indicative figure, shown as they entered it. What the stay finally costs is between the two of you.

  4. It ends on a date you already know

    Programs run a fixed 180 days and stop. Nothing renews on its own, and nothing bills again without you starting it.

What does the managed advertising package for members involve?
If you own a vacation property, BlueBeacon advertises the time you don't use and passes interested-party offers directly to you. You remain in control—you decide whether to accept or decline an offer and communicate directly with the interested party. A BlueBeacon specialist will explain the package and process during a 20-minute call.
Are there hidden fees?
No hidden fees from BlueBeacon. The fees you pay BlueBeacon are for your advertising package and platform access. BlueBeacon does not add a fee to the price you arrange with an interested party. Any rates, cleaning fees, or other property-related charges should be clearly disclosed as part of the listing or arrangement.
Does BlueBeacon take my payment for the stay?
No. BlueBeacon does not collect or process payment for the stay between you and the interested party. BlueBeacon provides advertising and platform services. Once you accept an offer, you and the interested party handle the stay arrangements and any applicable payment directly.
